I ordered a multipack genuine catridges for my Office Pro 7740, on inserting the cartridges, the printer issued an error that the yellow and magenta colours were not compatible "older generation cartridge". I have made contact with Kabelo, although my initial email to Cartridgeonline SA went unattended, there was an aftersales contact by email to review my product purchase and this contained a contact phone number. I trust that Cartridge Online SA will rectify this with their supplier, and replace both these cartridges.
This is a huge inconvenience as the HP Printer just does not allow me to print without these colours, not even in black.
