Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. The available shipment methods and estimated delivery times are:
- Courier Guy Standard: 3-5 Business Days
- Courier Guy Two Days: 2 Business Days
- Courier Guy Overnight: 1-2 Business Days
- Orders From R1000.00: Free Delivery
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) is sent once the order has shipped. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Cartridge Online SA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Damages
Cartridge Online SA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If an order is received damaged, customers should contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. All packaging materials and damaged goods should be saved before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

International Carriers
International orders are fulfilled via DHL, FedEx, PostNet, and The Courier Guy, depending on the destination and package specifications.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Southern Africa (Namibia, Zambia, Botswana): 5-7 Business Days
- East & West Africa (Kenya, Nigeria): 7-14 Business Days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing or local postal conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate for international shipments.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cartridge Online SA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
